Charles is an entrepreneur, business leader, and President of Perpetual Innovation. Born and raised in New York, he brings a driven, ambitious mindset to everything he does and has built his career around leadership, growth, and creating opportunities for others. As President, Charles is passionate about developing future leaders, building high-performing teams, and continuously pushing Perpetual Innovation toward new levels of success. Beyond business, Charles is a dedicated family man, a lifelong LeBron James fan, and a Marvel fanatic. Whether he’s leading his team, spending time with family, or defending LeBron as the GOAT, Charles brings passion and energy to everything he does.

Paige is an Administrator and Human Resources Manager at Perpetual Innovation, where she plays a key role in supporting the team and keeping the day-to-day operations of the office running smoothly. From welcoming new faces and recruiting new talent to keeping everyone organized and bringing positive energy and fun into the office, Paige loves being someone her team can always count on. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, attending concerts, spending time with friends and family. She loves good music, new adventures, and making memories with the people closest to her!

Outside of work, Ethan is extremely family-oriented and values spending time with the people closest to him, especially his girlfriend.
